知的障害の男性、浴槽ででき死－－相模原の更生施設 ／神奈川
４日午後２時２５分ごろ、相模原市下溝の知的障害者更生施設「虹の家」から「入所者の男性が浴槽でおぼれた」と１１９番通報があった。男性は病院に運ばれたが、間もなく死亡。司法解剖の結果、死因はでき死と分かった。相模原署は業務上過失致死容疑も視野に関係者から事情を聴いている。
調べでは、死亡したのは相模原市の無職男性（５５）。４日午後１時半ごろから入所者が交代で入浴を始め、職員２人が付き添っていたという。男性は同２時ごろから入浴したが、職員が別の入所者の髪を洗うなどして男性から目を離した際におぼれたとみられる。【安高晋】
